Initiative Consulting
Initiative Consulting was founded by Lance Greenwood after leaving Peregrine Systems in mid-2002 (Peregrine closed Australian operations and were later acquired by HP Software in 2006). Initiative co-founded Anadex Pty Ltd in late 2002 which went on to become an HP Software Platinum Partner focussed primarily in the IT Service Management arena. Anadex was very highly regarded with numerous clients including AXA Australia, CFA – Victoria, Coles Myer, Department of Defence, HP, Telstra and Unisys.
In 2006 Anadex was named the HP Software “Best Emerging Partner of the Year – Asia Pacific” and the following year was acquired by CSG Limited, forming the Enterprise IT Management Practice as one of the foundational pillars of the (then) Enterprise Services division (that division was acquired by NEC in 2012). As part of the Anadex acquisition Lance Greenwood continued to manage the EITM practice at CSG until mid-2010 before returning to Initiative Consulting. CSG became a client of Initiative with Lance providing ongoing assistance with strategy and sales for the practice on a part-time basis until the second half of 2011.
Today Initiative Consulting offers extensive experience to assist clients in realising real business value and outcomes from IT Solutions.
